SIZE CHARTS
Please check the Size Chart menu carefully! You don't want to order wrong size huh?
To know your size, take measurements on a tee that fits you well and compare with our charts.
Chest measurement must be taken 4-5 centimeters under the armpit seam with the tee lying flat.

Please note that measurements are approximate and can slightly vary from a garment to another (usually about 1 cm) so you might want to take one size up for a more relaxed fit.

PRICE, SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
All shippings from our partner fulfillment facilities USA and some are from Europe to have better quick shpping experience for customers.
Purchased items will be shipped within 3-7 business days of the order.
Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY).
If you still have not received your purchase after 2 week of your order delivering (USA), please let us know and provide your order number.

Shipping with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience:
USPS, FEDEX, and other shipping carriers for domestic orders (USA) & DHL and other carriers for international orders (WORLDWIDE)

SHIPPING FEE
You will see your shipping cost and can choose your shipping options when you check out!

USA SHIPPING
Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.
Most USA domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Mostly around 2-3 weeks.
We are not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order).

ALL SHIPPING
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the replacement order for you!

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with the shipping address was correct.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think that you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for any stolen after delivered status.

The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.

TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDERS?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard.
Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS DESIGNATED BY THE PURCHASER AS LONG AS THAT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLIANT WITH THE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE.

SOME PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE ARE OF A LIMITED QUANTITY OR RELEASE (ā€œLIMITED RELEASEā€). RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If my items are damaged, defective or incorrect:
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us and include

1 Your order number
2 Name on the order
3 Email the order was made with
4 Your request and most importantly
5 photographs demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

No Size exchanges!Ā Please read size chart page before you buy.Ā 

Recommend you to buy loose fit If you are not sure! one size up!Ā 
Significantly factory defective items are accepted for fully exchange or refund within 7 days from which shipment is received.Ā  So we require that customers notifyĀ any problems as soon as possible, no exception after 7 days after you get your items.

We pride ourselves on unparalled prodcut quality, all orders go througha 3-step quality check before we ship items, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement.

Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts.
Incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense or donate to charity.
Please make sure your item doesnā€™t have any bad smells or perfume before sending it back

Once your return is approved, you have to send the items in their original condition (Please try to properly folded in their paper bag with any tag attached vinyl pack and box)

Once your return is authorized and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

What IF your order was lost in transit.
If the customer's shipping address was correct and the order still hasn't arrived or was lost, just let us know!Ā  We will find resolution for you. We cover the replacement orders for you.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud. Plead read our terms & conditions carefully.

Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address - If customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

After Recieved your purchase, you must contact our customer service and express your will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item that damaged. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Please note: all sale items purchased through discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE, not eligible for altering your order, returns, and/or exchanges.

CANCEL ORDER POLICY

Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into wrap up 20 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if itā€™s possible to cancel your order, please email usĀ and include:

ThereforeĀ some parts of the product can be subject toĀ varies, for example: hoodie flat drawstrings, sleeve, stitches sewing pattern, etc.
